The resort is absolutely beautiful and the staff is amazing! We particularly were super impressed with our concierge, Nassar. We were here for our wedding and a week stay in June 2023. We need a class action suit based on being under the influence of alcohol, misrepresentation of legitimate companies and UVC not actually being in a position to offer discounts in the first place but only passing on other companies discounts while deceiving consumers to believe its coming from them. That's why it doesn't appear in your credit report. The credit bureaus require companies to submit business information to them before being approved to submit a consumers history to them. UVC is not affiliated with the credit bureau. You pay them to get the same discounts you would get from Hyatt worldwide directly. You don't actually receive discounts from UVC. You pay twice to get benefits from the legitimate companies. Hyatt informed me that all UVC does is refer them customers. You're paying them to get discounts you would automatically receive as a Hyatt rewards member. What UVC does is use name recognition amongst other tactics. I was so proud of my investment and told everyone about it! When I returned home and began trying to book vacations I realized there were many moving parts including Hyatt hotels. I was drinking shots of tequila with Debbie and everything sounded so good. I was very vulnerable and I was there to celebrate and forget my troubles. It was my 69th birthday celebration and I was recently divorced after 37 years of marriage. I had a wonderful experience until I allow UVC to accompany me to breakfast to pitch their vacation package. Our protocols begin the moment you start planning a vacation to the time you return home!
